Divya is a seasoned Technical Program management leader with over 15 years of experience. Divya thrives on the exhilarating challenge of transforming vision into tangible action while steadfastly aligning with overarching goals. Beyond her professional pursuits, Divya is deeply committed to mentorship, guiding, and empowering others to reach their full potential. With a deep-seated passion for empowering women, Divya has spearheaded numerous initiatives and Lean In groups during her tenure at Cisco , championing diversity and inclusion every step of the way.Divya is also an ERG leader who has led Indian and Women-focused Employee Resource Groups at Cisco Systems and Intuit. She is a corporate volunteer for Non-Profits like Akshaya Patra, Aram sei, Asha Jyothi, Second Harvest Hunger at Home, etc

Serena D’Silva
Strategic HR leader with over 15 years of experience in cloud-based technology and human capital management industries, she has focussed on talent development and people processes that have resulted in a culture of continuous learning, coaching and mentoring, thus building teams that grow as they learn and aspire to go the extra mile. She believes that all women must be given the opportunity to be the best version of themselves. She has been part of developing women's leadership through various non-profit centers and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She is a certified Mental Health First Aider and POSH Act (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women in the Workplace) Consultant.

Across various organizations, Prabitha has taken the initiative to establish and co-chair women-focused Employee Resource Groups, creating vibrant career communities that empower women in technical domains such as Women In Technology(WIT). Beyond her professional roles, she has actively mentored women, conducted career development sessions, and collaborated with numerous women-owned stealth start-ups and non-profits, providing valuable guidance on business plans and fundraising efforts.

Anitha Bala is a business executive with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries. She has a proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability by leveraging technology, analytics, and data-driven insights. She is a leader dedicated to fostering talent development, cultivating relationships, and creating collaborative environments conducive to innovation and growth.

Dr. Bollineni Keerthi
Keerthi, hails from Indian humanist and freedom fighters’ family: Granddaughter of Gora, daughter of Chennupati Seshagiri Rao Philanthropist and businessman and Chennupati Vidya Former Member of Parliament and Gandhian social worker from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. She has 46 years of professional experience in social development working with women, children and families through various community driven interventions in the area of gender-based violence, health, nutrition, education and livelihoods. She provides technical support to government, non-profit and profit organizations in building the knowledge to the human capital on gender equality and SDGs and social, economic, educational and psychological empowerment of girls and women in India. She is leading the innovative social movement Mahila Mitra #NoSilenceForViolence “Community led action with police” in which about 10,000 capacitated women support women and girls in crisis through building awareness on knowing about laws, redressal and rehabilitation. She has produced 15 research reports, brought about three publications and was a speaker in more than 25 national and international conferences. Dr. Keerthi is a victim of social norms and taboos of widowhood and faced lot of domestic violence in the second marriage. Keerthi is not only a role model but a coach, mentor, guide for young girls and women in crisis. Her life is a motivation for survivors of violence to live with dignity and respect. She walks the talk, practice what she tells. Her life mission is Creating Leaders for Change to build a society with dignity and respect for women in reality.
