Who Is A Mentor?
A Mentor is a seasoned individual with deep expertise who voluntarily shares their knowledge to empower others (mentees) on their growth journeys. Drawing on their extensive experiences, mentors provide guidance, advice, and encouragement to help mentees navigate challenges, set goals, and achieve their aspirations.
Mentoring is a two-way street. By becoming a mentor with IBIC, you will serve as a role model and source of inspiration, significantly impact the lives of other women at the grassroots level, and gain valuable personal and professional benefits.

Ensure regular meetings with your mentee, establishing the frequency and format of these interactions.
